ULC Robotics, Inc. Names Herman Kullar Chief Financial Officer

Harmandip Kullar has been named the Chief Financial Officer for ULC Robotics, Inc., a leading robotics, energy services, and research and development company focused on the energy and utility industries. In his new role, Kullar is responsible for overseeing the financial responsibilities for the Company. He will also spearhead the development of best practices in the areas of financial planning and analysis, finance and cash management, and executive management and strategy.

Previously the CFO for Plures Technologies in New York, Kullar brings an extensive background in global business distribution, planning, strategy and finance to ULC Robotics.

Throughout his career, Kullar has been recognized as an expert senior level executive with proven successes in operational management, general management, business development, global distribution, business strategies and finance practices.

“I look forward developing and implementing financial and growth strategies for ULC,” said Kullar. “ULC has a strong foundation in the niche market areas it operates in and is set for rapid growth on an international level. I am hoping to further strengthen the management team, capitalize the opportunities and take ULC to the next level on a global basis.”

Kullar received his B.A. in accounting from the University of Central Lancashire in the United Kingdom and has more than 20 years of experience in the business management and financial industries. He currently lives in Long Island, New York and enjoys cooking, traveling and playing golf.
